The amount of construction on campus makes it difficult sometimes to navigate while searching for parking. Roads are closed and/or blocked, as well as much needed parking spaces closed off.
When you do finally make it to the parking areas they are usually filled to the maximum capacity. This forces students to use the road side parking that is provided which can be dangerous and cause backups in traffic when individuals are attempting (numerous times) to parallel park.

This one parking spot is going to mean alot to that one student that needs it because they are almost late for class. Unfortunately this spot is under construction.

The accommodations for parking for the handicapped are vast. There are numerous spots in every parking lot. It is great that Rhode Island College provides such a great amount of parking access but these area's are often empty even during peak hours.

Roaderies can be a huge pain. Nobody letting you go and when that happens nobody is happy.

RIC Police are keeping a vigilante eye in a RIC student parking lot for safety and security against any shanigans or danger.

The emergency box's provide a sense of security and comfort to students on campus. They can be found all over campus; on buildings, walk ways and most of all in the parking lots.

I know the hamdicapped have a right to be parked close to a building but when they aren't used ever, they should be open to anyone.

Rhode Island College has labeled parking lots. This is a student parking lot sign so not anyone can park here. Also the blue emergency buttons help make us feel safe.

Haddicap parking is empty as usual and all the other parking spaces are occupied. There should be less handicap parking a since we don't have many handicap students.

There so my parking spaces taken In this college that I have to wait a long time just for one to be available.

Categorizing the colleges parking lots helps students and faculty find parking easily, but no one's guaranteed a parking right away.

Handicapped parking is meant to be used and it is not even being used, it takes up a lot of space especially in a college where there's a lot of students and faculty.

Ryan Ottone

Stuck in traffic in the middle of a storm. Class was not cancelled. So here I am trying to get home to go to work. It took me 1 hour and 53 minutes to travel what normally takes me 15 to 20.
